Boulder Ridge is a private, gated community of 533 total homes located in Lake in the Hills, Illinois, a far northwestern suburb of Chicago. The Boulder Ridge Greens neighborhood is one of three neighborhoods within the gated community.  The Greens  consists of 177 semi-custom, single family homes.
